• IMPORTANT! Maintenance Closets (March 21, 2022). Each building has a maintenance closet. This closet is to be used for the Property Manager and utility workers only! If you have personal items in these closets, you must remove them before this summer; otherwise, Scott will go into each closet and throw away any belongings that homeowners have stored in there. The maintenance crew uses those closets to replace valves, shut off water, etc., and they need access.  Scott will then be adding a lock to each door at which time homeowners will no longer be able to use those closets.
• Resources. For your convenience a list of contractors for repair or maintenance of your condo has been added to the Board, Management, and Resources page.
• LETTER (April 8, 2020): Effective immediately for Owners’ about COVID-19 at Brian Head. See COVID-19 BHV HOA Letter 4-8-20.
• GUIDELINES (April 8, 2020): See COVID-19 Safety Guidelines.
  Post these guidelines in your unit until the virus has been eradicated.

• NOTICE (March 28, 2020):
  Given the times we find ourselves in, we feel that it is imperative that everyone be mindful and attentive to their respective areas and environment.  In keeping with the direction of our country at this time, we have instructed Scott Neuhauser, our Property Manager, to only enter areas (condos) in the case of emergent issues and not general service requests.  We are concerned with not only protecting Scott but also our homeowners.
  We encourage everyone to continue to submit issues they might be having so that we can maintain a working list and will address these issues in the near future once this level of heightened caution is reduced.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but remain confident that it is the necessary to put proper measures in place.  Thank you.
