Community Participation

We strongly encourage you to participate in any community events and activities by joining us and sharing your ideas with the Board, property management, and other members. One of our main goals is to improve the communication process between all entities and its members. And we’re always looking for new Board members, so if you are interested, please let us know!

If scheduled, we have a spring cleanup weekend where we trim the grounds, trees, and do general cleanup to keep our community clean and professional. Watch for our emails announcing these dates!

BHV Annual HOA meeting. The 2025 annual meeting minutes are now available in Meetings.

ACH Debit Authorization Form is now available. See Forms.
Dog Cleanup. Some owners and renters are not picking up their dog droppings on the property. According to the BHV Bylaws, owners must clean up after their dogs or they will be fined. If a renter does not follow the rule, the condo owner will be responsible for their renter’s fines.
Insurance Policies. According to Utah State law, all owners must have a minimum of $25,000 coverage in their homeowner’s insurance policy to cover the Brian Head Village HOA deductible.
