Brian Head Village HOA Members

As members of the HOA, we all have a personal responsibility to participate in the community. We encourage you to get to know your neighbors when they’re around and become active in the community by attending the annual meetings and other BHV-sponsored events and activities.

BHV Annual HOA meeting. The 2025 annual meeting minutes are now available in Meetings.

ACH Debit Authorization Form is now available. See Forms.
Dog Cleanup. Some owners and renters are not picking up their dog droppings on the property. According to the BHV Bylaws, owners must clean up after their dogs or they will be fined. If a renter does not follow the rule, the condo owner will be responsible for their renter’s fines.
Insurance Policies. According to Utah State law, all owners must have a minimum of $25,000 coverage in their homeowner’s insurance policy to cover the Brian Head Village HOA deductible.
